الشروط و الاحكام العامه:

“نولا تعتبر كل المتدريبن اولادها و سنبذل قصارى جهودنا ليستفيد كل متدرب من هذه الدورة التدريبية”

• السن المسموح به هو من سن 11 ل 16سنة فقط.
• قيمة التبرع بالكامل لصالح مؤسسة أهل مصر للحروق  عن طريق شركة نولا.
• دفع قيمة التبرع لا يعنى انه تم قبول المتقدم حيث ان عملية اختيار المتقدمين تتم بدون انحياز ممن تنطبق عليهم الشروط و بعدد محدود نظرا للقدرة الاستيعابية للفروع خلال فترة التدريب الصيفى المتاحه.
• كل المقبولين سيتوجب عليهم توقيع اقرار من ولى الامر مرفق بصورة بطاقة ولى الامر بالموافقة على حضور التدريب.
• شركة نولا ستقوم بتوفير الزى (تيشرت و توك) لكل متدرب خلال فترة التدريب كما ستقوم بتوفير 25% خصم على كل منتجات الشركة لكل المتدربين خلال فترة التدريب و لا يمكن استبدال هذا الخصم بقيمة نقدية، كما انه لا يتم صرف اى مقابل مادى للمتدربين اثناء او بعد فترة التدريب.
• يجب الالتزام بمواعيد العمل الرسمية لكل فرع و عدم الخروج من الفرع اثناء المواعيد الرسمية لاى سبب كان الا بعد ابلاغ المسئول عن الفرع اولا و مخالفة هذا قد تعرض المتدرب من الحرمان من البرنامج كما ان الشركة غير مسئولة عن المتدربين خارج الفروع وذلك حماية للمتدربين.
• يشترط الحضور مدة التدريب كاملة (متضمنة يومين اجازة خلال الفترة التدريبية) واى مخالفة لذلك او غياب بدون سابق عذر او ابلاغ للمسئول سيتم تحذير المتدرب و اذا تكرر الفعل سيتم حرمانه من الشهادة النهائية للتدريب.
• اذا لم يقوم المتدرب بتأكيد مكانه فى التدريب بعد اختياره وابلاغه فى خلال مده لا تزيد عن يومين سيتم حذفه و استبداله بمتدرب اخر تلقائيا.
• سيتم منح كل متدرب بطاقة Alumni (و هى بطاقة خصم بقيمة 10% على كل منتجات نولا) و هذه البطاقة سارية مدى الحياة للمتدرب باعتباره فرد من عائلة نولا، و سيتم منحها للمتدرب بعد اجتيازه فترة التدريب كاملة مع حصوله على شهادة بمدة التدريب.

General Terms and Conditions:

“NOLA considers all trainees as our children and we will strive to ensure that each trainee benefits from this training course.”

• Only applicants between the ages of 11 and 16 years old are allowed.
• The full donation amount will be directed to Ahl Masr Foundation for Burns through NOLA Company.
• Paying the donation fee does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Selection is based on a fair and unbiased process, considering the eligibility criteria and limited available spots due to branch capacity during the summer training period.
• All accepted applicants must sign a declaration, accompanied by a copy of their parent/guardian’s ID card, agreeing to attend the training.
• In addition to valuable training, NOLA provides each trainee with a uniform (T-shirt and toque) to wear during the program. Trainees will also benefit a 25% discount on all our products throughout the training period – **this discount cannot be redeemed for cash, and no financial compensation will be provided to trainees**.
• Trainees are required to adhere branch working hours. Prior permission from the branch manager is mandatory for any departures during these times or else the trainee might be disqualified from the program as well the company isn’t responsible for any trainee outside the branches, and this is to ensure both trainee safety and maximizing the learning experience.
• Trainees are required to attend the entire training period. However, absences must be reported to the program admin beforehand and failure to do so will result in a warning, and repeated offenses could lead to disqualification from receiving the final training certificate.
• If a selected trainee does not confirm their participation in the training program within two days of notification, they will be automatically removed and replaced with another trainee.
• Upon completing the training program and receiving a certificate, each trainee will be granted an Alumni Card, which offers a lifetime 10% discount on all NOLA products. This card signifies the trainee’s membership in the NOLA family.
